Class is every Sunday from 8-10 am Mountain Time from June 25th through September 3rd. We want you there for all the session, but if you can't make it you'll get the recordings.
No worries! Kundalini yoga is for everyone and it's always encouraged you go at your own pace. Consult with your doctor/s before starting if you have preexisting conditions or concerns.
A yoga mat, meditation cushion if possible, and if you'd like to have the fullest experience, many kundalini practitioners use a sheepskin (or vegan wool) rug on top of their yoga mat.
Practicing on a sheepskin helps to generate more heat and conduct higher energetic states that purifies & detoxifies the mind and body. Sheepskins also provide comfort for the body.
We'll meet virtually for 11 consecutive Sundays to practice yoga, meditation, reflective journaling, and circle breakouts related to each weeks' 10 Bodies teachings.
You'll receive a sacred course journal to capture new found awakenings, wisdom, and creativity. Each week will build on the next so you can self witness and leverage your transformation in real time.
Yes, there will be a virtual private group for your cohort where you can ask questions and connect with others during the course, and quite possibly beyond.
Absolutely! You will have lifetime access to this course and the journal. It's great to practice the yoga sets and meditations as a way to attune, balance, and strengthen individual or the collective 10 Bodies as needed or desired.
